1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using evoflow.us (the "Site") and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation browsers, customers, merchants, and resellers. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the Site or use any Service.
2. Nature of Business
EvoFlow is an independent wholesale supplier of inspired fragrances. Our products are high-quality scent blends inspired by popular designer fragrances. They are not affiliated with, produced by, authorized by, or endorsed by any designer fragrance brand. All brand names referenced on this Site for comparison purposes belong to their respective trademark owners. EvoFlow sells inspired fragrances only — not authentic designer products.
3. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.
4. Products & Services
EvoFlow sells inspired fragrance packages and individual bottles to entrepreneurs, resellers, and retailers. Products are ready to resell and require no special license. Products may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate. Prices, availability, descriptions, and package contents are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
5. Product Description
All products sold by EvoFlow are inspired fragrance blends. They are not counterfeits or replicas of designer brands. They are original fragrance compositions created to offer a similar scent experience to popular designer fragrances. EvoFlow makes no warranty of exact scent match, longevity, or projection. Products are sold for resale purposes only.
6. All Sales Final — No Refunds, Returns, or Cancellations
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that EvoFlow does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations of any kind once an order is placed. This applies to all packages and individual bottle orders. Please review your order carefully before completing payment. Products are sold for resale purposes only. The only exception is an order that arrives damaged or defective, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation for review.
7. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your information so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. In the event we cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email or shipping address provided at the time of order.
8. Modifications to the Service & Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
9. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the Site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; (c) to violate any regulations, rules, or laws; (d) to infringe upon our or others' intellectual property rights; (e) to harass, abuse, or discriminate; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (h) to collect or track others' personal information; (i) to spam, phish, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with the security features of the Service. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any prohibited use.
10. Intellectual Property
The EvoFlow name, logo, and website content are the property of EvoFlow. All designer brand names, trademarks, trade dress, and logos referenced on this Site belong exclusively to their respective brand owners. No license, right, or interest in any third-party trademark is granted by EvoFlow's use of those names for product identification. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service and all products delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EvoFlow shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential — arising from your use of the Service or any products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the products in question.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EvoFlow and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content and accept no liability for any third-party materials, websites, products, or services. Please review carefully any third party's policies before engaging in any transaction with them.
14. Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts in the United States.

EvoFlow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
